TIPO DI ABRASIVO
TESSUTO NON TESSUTO
Il tessuto non tessuto abrasivo è un prodotto
costituito da bre di nylon impregnate con
resine e granuli abrasivi (A/O o S/C).
Sono prodotti fabbricati in forme diverse e
specicamente adatti ad operazioni varie
di nitura sui metalli. Le principali caratteri-
stiche sono: essibilità e facilità di impiego,
niture omogenee, resistenza all’intasamento,
bassa rumorosità.
SURFACE CONDITIONING
Questo materiale si ottiene unendo il tessuto
non tessuto abrasivo con un tessuto di sup-
porto in nylon così da poter essere convertito
in dischi e nastri.
Utilizzato come disco lamellare ore un taglio
più aggressivo unito a una buona durata nelle
operazioni di nitura dei metalli per la rimo-
zione di righe e segni causati da precedenti
lavorazioni di molatura.
UNITIZED
Questo materiale si ottiene mettendo insieme
con un processo di compressione e impregna-
tura strati di tessuto non tessuto abrasivo e re-
sine. E’ un prodotto molto resistente anche su
bordi e spigoli vivi con la possibilità di ottene-
re una nitura a specchio senza modicare la
geometria del pezzo e senza produrre calore
in eccesso. Il costo del prodotto è superiore a
quello del surface conditioning ma la qualità
della nitura è di gran lunga migliore in parti-
colare sugli acciai inox.

NON WOVEN MATERIAL
Non woven material is a product made with
nylon bers impregnated with resins and abrasi-
ve grains (A/O o S/C).
The several products made with this material, in
many dierent shapes, are suitable specically
for nishing operations on all kind of metals. The
main features of the non woven material are: e-
xibility in working, low level of noise, easy use,
uniform nish, clogging resistance.
SURFACE CONDITIONING MATERIAL
Surface conditioning material is made putting
together abrasive non woven material with a
reinforced nylon fabric to be converted in die-
rent shapes (like discs, belts).
Made and used as a ap disc oers a more ag-
gressive cutting action but also a good life to re-
move the signs of previous grinding operations
and to nish at the best the work piece surface.
UNITIZED MATERIAL
This product is made with some layers of abrasi-
ve non woven material compressed and impre-
gnated with resin.
As result the product is extremely hard and re-
sistant also working on sharp edges, giving a
mirror-like nish without modifying the work
piece geometry or generating over heating. This
product is more expensive than the surface con-
ditioning one but the nish quality is more and
more better specially on stainless steels.
