TIPO DI ABRASIVO / ABRASIVE TYPE
CORINDONE CERAMICO (AL-OX CER.)
È un’ossido di alluminio ceramico ottenuto con un partico-
lare procedimento chimico di sintesi. Rispetto agli abrasivi
tradizionali è caratterizzato da una struttura microcristallina
di elevata purezza che si autoravviva durante la lavorazione
in modo regolare e con frammenti piccoli. Ciò si traduce
in una durata decisamente superiore unitamente ad una
velocità di taglio più elevata. Questa superiorità appare più
evidente nelle lavorazioni più pesanti e con i metalli più
duri = Notevole incremento della Vs. produttività ed inoltre:
Polivalenza di lavorazione su ferro, acciai comuni, acciai le-
gati, acciai inox • Gamma semplicata: solo grane 40-60-80.
Le lamelle sono ricavate da una tela abrasiva “additivata”
con una strato superciale di sostanze che hanno la carat-
teristica di ridurre la temperatura nella zona di lavoro = Più
durata del disco e meno bruciature sul pezzo.
CERAMIC ALUMINIUM-OXIDE (AL-OX CER.)
This new coated abrasive product belongs to a new genera-
tion of abrasive grains, obtained through a special chemical
synthesis process. Compared to the traditional abrasive
grains the ceramic one has a microcrystalline structure of
high purity that during the work tends to present conti-
nuously new small sharpened edges.
That means very fast cutting action and longer life. This pro-
duct shows its excellence mainly in the heavy duty works
and with the harder metals.
Furthermore: Working versatility on standard steels, alloys,
stainless steels. Simplied grit range: 40-60-80. The abrasi-
ve cloth has a supersize coating: it has the feature to reduce
burns and heating on work piece.
CORINDONE (AL-OX)
Abrasivo con ottima capacità di asportazione per acciai
comuni, metalli non ferrosi e legno.
ALUMINIUM-OXIDE (AL-OX)
Abrasive with high stock removal rate for standard steels,
non ferrous metals - wood.
ZIRCONIO (ZA)
Abrasivo adatto per acciai legati, acciaio inox, ghisa, allumi-
nio e leghe leggere.
ZIRCONIUM-OXIDE (ZA)
For hard steels, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium - light
alloys
CARBURO DI SILICIO (SIC)
Abrasivo con ottima capacità di asportazione, particolar-
mente adatto per marmo e pietre in genere.

Abrasive with high stock removal rate for marble and stones
