• Never exceed the maximum speed (rpm) indicated
on the discs label
• Follow correctly the mounting instructions given in
the sheet of the products.
The max clamping torque must not exceed 5 kgm.
• When requested use the disc with the supporting
pad.
• The suggested inclination of the disc during the
work is about 20°
• Do not use the disc to cut.
• Do not modify the prole or the disc dimensions.
• Before beginning the work start the machine and
run free the engine for few minutes
• Store the discs in dry and ventilated places.
Do not expose at water or rain.
• Equip the user with individual safety-accessories
STORAGE
• The abrasive products must be stored in dry and
ventilated locations with the following standard
• conditions: Temperature: 15° - 25° C
• Relative humidity: 50 - 65%
• The Material must be kept away from the ground
contact and heat sources.

• La merce venduta si intende franco nostro magazzino e viaggia sempre a rischio del committente. Sarà sua cura vericare peso, quantità e condizioni dei
colli e rivalersi, in caso di dierenze, sul vettore.
• I termini di consegna non sono impegnativi ed eventuali ritardi non daranno diritto e penalità, risarcimento danni o altro.
• Eventuali reclami per dierenze quantitative o di dimensione rispetto all’ordine dovranno esserci segnalati entro otto giorni dal ricevimento del materiale.
Eventuali reclami per difetti qualitativi saranno presi in considerazione se ci perverranno entro sessanta giorni dal ricevimento del materiale.
• I resi del materiale saranno accettati solo se preventivamente autorizzati da noi.
Gli utensili che risultassero al nostro controllo difettosi saranno sostituiti o accreditati. Non verranno accreditati gli utensili usati in modo irrazionale, usati
per prestazioni superiori ai valori massimi consentiti o conservati in modo inadeguato.
• I nostri materiali devono essere sempre adoperati con i mezzi di protezione prescritti dalla legge anti infortunistica. Escludiamo quindi ogni responsabilità
per danni o infortuni in conseguenza di rotture o altri accidenti che si vericassero nell’uso dei prodotti stessi.
• Per qualsiasi controversia o per la risoluzione di eventuali contestazioni, l’unico foro competente è quello di Reggio Emilia.
SALES TERMS
• Goods are sold ex-warehouse and always travel at the buyer’s risk. The buyer shall check weight, quantity and conditions of parcels: in case any dierences from
our shipping documents were found the buyer shall address to the carrier for compensation.
• Any delivery date is to be considered as approximate only and cannot be granted. No claims for damage or compensation will be accepted.
• Any complaint about quantity and dimension diering from the order shall be reported to our company within eight days from receipt of goods.
• Return of goods is subject to our previous authorization. Any tool that, after being submitted to our control, should be found faulty shall be replaced or credited.
We shall not credit any which were used in an irrational way, exceeding the limit allowed or which were stored inadeguately.
• Our goods shall always be used the means of safeguard prescribed by industrial injury legislation. Therefore we shall not be liable for any damage or injury caused
by breakage or by other accidents during the use of our products.
• Any dispute arising hereunder falls within the cognizance of the Reggio Emilia law-court.
